Principia has established a Quality Assurance (QA) Programme
designed to provide its clients with the formal quality
assurance that they may require or request. The Programme
satisfies the relevant regulations and, in particular,
the ISO 9001 norm. The certification, issued by Lloyds
Register Quality Assurance in 1999, is no. SGI 2199136.
The company has a QA Manager, whose responsibilities
include initiating and modifying QA procedures, maintaining
QA records and monitoring that QA requirements are satisfied
in all projects. Moreover, all members of each project
team have the responsibility to follow the QA procedures
and all members of the staff have received training
on the QA Programme of the company.
